The Volunteer Coordinator is a member of the interdisciplinary team who is responsible for recruitment, retention and assignment of volunteers. The volunteer Coordinator represents the volunteers and matches volunteers with patients, and families and conducts volunteer training programs on a regualr basis and is responsible for all applicable volunteer compliance with Medicare requirements.
